You must not use the service to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, disrupt service operation, abuse APIs or infrastructure, evade technical limits, conduct fraud, or facilitate unlawful activity.
You must not upload or publish content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights of third parties. You are responsible for obtaining the rights necessary to use uploaded models, textures, logos, documents, and other content.
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, plan limits, access controls, or other safeguards, and must not intentionally place unreasonable load on NOVOGEX systems.
NOVOGEX may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform, third parties, or legal compliance.
