Customer files and product data
Uploaded models, textures, product information, pricing, rules, and other customer content are processed to provide requested platform functionality, including storage, rendering, configuration, analysis, publishing, backups, and support.
Customers control what business and product data they upload and are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide that information.
Service providers and hosting
NOVOGEX may use infrastructure, email-delivery, payment, security, and other service providers where they are required to operate the service. Those providers process information only in connection with the services they provide to NOVOGEX and according to their applicable terms and safeguards.
