NOVOGEX provides software for 3D product configuration, product options and rules, materials and visualization, publishing configurators, quotation or pricing workflows where available, automated model analysis, and AI-assisted functionality where available.
Features may evolve over time. Availability can depend on the subscribed plan, configuration, integrations, and technical requirements.
Accounts and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for account security, authorized users, information entered into the platform, and configurations created through the service. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate company, user, product, billing, and configuration information.
Customer content
The customer retains ownership of its 3D models, textures, logos, product information, pricing, uploaded documents, and configuration data.
The customer grants NOVOGEX only the limited rights reasonably required to host, process, render, analyze, transmit, back up, and display that content in order to provide and support the service.
The customer represents that it has the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use its content.
NOVOGEX intellectual property
NOVOGEX and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, source code, software, architecture, user interface, workflows, algorithms, Rule Builder, model-analysis technology, AI processing logic, documentation, branding, and proprietary platform features.
Customer content does not transfer ownership of the NOVOGEX platform or its underlying technology.
3D visualization and manufacturing disclaimer
3D visualization is intended for configuration, visualization, presentation, and sales-support purposes. Unless NOVOGEX expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, platform output is not engineering documentation, CAD manufacturing documentation, architectural documentation, structural calculations, certified technical specifications, or manufacturing instructions.
The customer remains responsible for verifying dimensions, materials, product compatibility, rules, prices, configuration logic, manufacturing requirements, and safety requirements before manufacturing, ordering, quoting, or relying on a final configuration.
Automated analysis and AI-assisted features
NOVOGEX may provide automated or AI-assisted tools such as model-part detection, proposed groups, proposed options, naming suggestions, suggested rules, or automated model analysis.
These are assistance tools. Generated results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed and approved by the customer before publication or use in commercial, engineering, ordering, or manufacturing workflows. NOVOGEX does not guarantee that automated analysis is technically or commercially correct for every product.
Pricing and quotes
Displayed prices, calculated prices, quote values, configured totals, discounts, and taxes depend on customer-provided data and rules. The customer is responsible for checking commercial accuracy before issuing an official quote, invoice, purchase order, or manufacturing order.
NOVOGEX is not responsible for financial loss caused by incorrect pricing data, configuration rules, taxes, discounts, or other commercial information supplied or approved by the customer, subject to applicable law.
Subscriptions, trials and billing
Available plans, billing cycles, trial periods, payment-method requirements, cancellation behavior, renewal behavior, refunds, taxes, failed-payment handling, and suspension conditions are governed by the plan and checkout terms actually presented to the customer at the time of purchase or trial.
NOVOGEX will not describe automatic renewal, refunds, or conversion from trial to paid service unless that behavior is actually configured for the applicable plan and payment flow.
Service availability
NOVOGEX uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but does not promise 100% uptime unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Availability may be affected by scheduled or emergency maintenance, infrastructure or third-party outages, updates, security incidents, force majeure events, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Suspension and termination
NOVOGEX may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, illegal use, attacks on the platform, or serious violation of these Terms.
Following termination, access to customer data may end. Data may be retained for a limited period where needed for backup retention, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational requirements. Customers should export information they need before termination where export is available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVOGEX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, business interruption, manufacturing losses, incorrect product orders, incorrect configurations, data loss, or reliance on automated results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVOGEX aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the affected service will not exceed the fees paid by the affected customer for that service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
General terms and contact
These Terms are intended to operate with any applicable order form, plan terms, data-processing terms, or negotiated customer agreement. If a separately signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement governs to the extent of that conflict.
NOVOGEX Technologies is currently a brand under which the NOVOGEX service is operated by an individual. NOVOGEX Technologies is not presented on this website as a separate incorporated company or other registered legal entity.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a separate signed customer agreement or order form specifies governing law or jurisdiction, that agreement controls for the matters it covers.
